Default Playing for Euros instead of USD?

Im interested in knowing if any (US) players here are currently playing on sites with EUROs instead of USD... The american dollar is losing value, and i was wondering if maybe i should switch over to euros for a bit?

Any tips or advice as to how to calculate the difference and etc?

How do i convert my USD into EURO?

Any details would help about this matter...

It depends on what limits you play. If you play in limits in which the rake is usually capped to $3, then you'd rather play dollars since the rake would be less. It's easy to make an example comparing $ to £. If you play 4/8 in $ or 2/4 in £, the pots are generally almost the same size. But with £, you're paying twice the rake. The difference is less with euro of course.

USD to Euros on Yahoo

If you mean how do you convert it on deposit the poker rooms do it for you. If you play at Cryptos they will still charge a $3 max rake no matter what the currency, 24hpoker and skins only charge E2.50 max.

Keep in mind Neteller will charge a 1.9% "vig" on currency echanges made through them. This is on deposits and cashouts.
