Weakened Wong Teasers

After robbing Mansion off a nice number hitting a 5-team Wong teaser last week (tks Daliman), I found out that my football teasers limit is set to an ugly zero. Good news is that I can still play combined teasers of football and basketball. While I know that teasing bball is generally bad idea, it might still be worth teasing 3-4 wong games with 1 bball game. Basketball games are teased by 4 points (rather than 6) and payouts are the same as football only teasers (+500, +300, +180).
Obviously enough, I will find a new place for ordinary Wongs but why not get a little more from Mansion on the way, as I keep the money there because of the exchange.
Did anyone do the math before? Is it still +EV with no handicapping?

You need off the cuff... A little over 5 pts to breakeven on NBA teasers and a little below 5 pts to breakeven on CBB. You'll give up a ton of EV.

Yes. Adding college football doesn't help but adding NBA (or college bball) does.

I understand I give up some EV compared to strict Wong teaser. But my real other opportunity is 0EV so I simply need to know if there is any value left.
Do I read it correctly that it is better to tease college games than NBA? That sounds surprising to me.

if it's true, it's probably because college totals are much lower and therefore each point is worth more.
