Opponent is a pretty good TAG with good db numbers. I think that none of his UTG+1 raising hands can be feeling too good on the turn but his bet sizing is weird.

I really think this is a fold, but god only knows if I'd be able to do it.

I just can't think of anything besides sets that he plays this way.

Mehhhhhhh i think should REALLY fold preflop.

turn is whatever...typically no one is bet folding there, so I'm not so sure if I like it or not. so yeah, all i got is fold pf, sorry i couldn't provide more.
