I bet turn here (~$30) as the board is draw heavy, raising the river is read dependant - I think he prolly has air here and is interpreting your turn check as weakness. If you think he calls with a Q or weaker K then raise obv.

Because of your turn check could be some value on river, I'd play the hand the same way but I'd raise the river hoping villain puts you on some kind of bluff.
