I think a bet here is good as well. It makes you look really strong, and MP can't bluff you (can he?) with CO behind. I'd make it around 40.

If CO pushes it's an easy fold, but you probably price yourself in if MP pushes. It would be 40 more to call in a 180 pot: you're 27% to win against a pair below kings, 17% against kings, and basically dead against AA.
