Trouble cashing out of Victor Chandler

I have just had the deposit added to my cash balance after clearing the wager rate.

However, when I have tried to cashout to Neteller the "submit" button is completely disabled. Nothing happens.

Naturally I am starting to feel insecure as I emailed their support nearly 2 days ago and have not had a response.

Any body with any advice is appreciated.

This is a problem with the software. I couldn't get the games to work on anything but Netscape, and I couldn't cash out with anything but IE.

you can cashout to Neteller now? I thought its bank transfer only.

I did that bonus 3-4 month ago and I used neteller.
