Trapped in a gym with 5 year olds

Guy at work posed this question to me.

You are trapped in an elementary school gymnasium. Hardly bigger than a elementary-sized basketball court. No stage, no bleachers, just four concrete walls and a hardwood floor. The doors are locked from the outside.

Five year olds begin pouring into the gym. They're walking toward you at a normal rate of speed. They have no weapons, no special training and just the strength, size and pain tolerance of a normal 5 year old.

With no weapons...how many could you beat up before they finally overtook you?
