Financing Real Estate Investments

I've recently started thinking about investing in real estate, particularly multi-family rental units. I'm looking for a book/books on ways to finance these investments. Are there any books out there with a thorough description and analysis of different financing options? I've only come across two so far: Financing Secrets of a Millionaire Real Estate Investor by William Bronchick and Insider Secrets to Financing Your Real Estate Ivestments by Frank Gallinelli. I've read the reviews on these books and I'm not really sure that these books cover those topics completely. I would really appreciate some advice on this subject. Thanks guys
