Brag: I made the best sandwich ever for lunch.

I didn't take a picture, but for anyone that wants to either compliment or hate on me, just make the sandwich. If you are going to say it sounds delicious, then you are more than welcome to do so.

I'm not a health nut per-se, but I like making things healthy-ish when I can.

- Two slices double fiber wheat bread. Toasted.

- Apply one single of American Cheese (Kraft) while toast is still warm.

- Place about a tablespoon of light ranch dressing and Gulden's Zesty honey mustard on the other slice of toast.

- Fry one egg over easy and place on top of cheese as to make it melt further.

- Cut up some onions and put it on top of the egg. Will warm up the onion some but keep it raw.

- Put a few dashes of Chipotle Tabasco on the onion to mix with the yolk when you cut the sandwich in half.

- Cover the side with the ranch and honey mustard with a single layer of Cilantro. (That's right)

- Place about 1/4 pound of honey/smoked deli turkey on the onion/Tabasco.

- Cover the turkey with one layer of Reduced fat Turkey Pepperoni.

- Add leaves of romaine lettuce (as desired) on top of the Pepperoni.

- Add pepper / red pepper as desired.

- Since Cilantro will stick to the ranch/honey mustard, casually add the slice on top of the one with the lettuce.

- Cut that baby in 1/2 from corner to corner and watch as the delicious yolk spills in the middle of your sandwich.

- Dip the sandwich into the dripping yolk as necessary.



Yummy.

Well in terms of light ranch instead of mayo, double fiber bread instead of white bleached bread, Romaine instead of iceberg, etc.

Turkey is low fat, the pepperoni is pretty low-fat and the egg isn't terrible for you. Just don't eat 5 eggs a day.

Two of those double-fiber bread slices has like 40% of your daily dose of fiber. Craap well my friends.
