Default What\'s a \"good game\"?

Do you like 'em filled with LAGs? Calling stations? Lots of raises or 6 limpers?

What do you call a good game?

the best games imo are one's where your opponents refuse to show aggression at any point, pretty much regardless of whether they play loose or tight.

NL, any player with a decent stack (or never ending rebuy) that I can consistently read and manipulate. Any game with at least one of these is a "good game" for me.

A loose game with players who are enjoying themselves and having lots of fun is the game for me. It doesn't matter if it's passive or aggressive (although I prefer loose-aggressive) just so long as it's loose. I won't play in a tight game. It's not necessary. If I'm in a tight game that doesn't loosen up w/i an hour I leave and come back later or the next day.

Love the loose passive at LHE and O/8. LAP's are meat and potatoes. NL I like the freshly self appointed table kings. I like being the stealth dagger in their ego's. LAG's are fine at LHE with position and/or a table that takes turns shooting the LAGtard down. LAG's in O/8 can make the game dangerous if you don't tighten up. But I am a newbie at that game.

Good games are games where you get action. Nothing better than raising UTG and having somebody say, "Wow, you haven't played a hand in 2 hours. I call."

In limit, I don't like a lot of LAGs. I prefer 4 loose passives and 4 or 5 weak tights.

In NL, as long as you've got people who will push/call with TPTK you're golden.

Nine white shirts and an empty seat is the most beautiful sight in poker.

I'd say about half loose passives and half tight passives. Passive being the operative word.
