I normally would probably not bet this river and take the free showdown but in this case, villian could have anything and most of it doesn't include a K or a flush.

River play standard in this instance??

I'd rather bet the turn (maybe 1.5 or so) and check behind on the river unless you think villian is tricky. He's more likely to call with something like ace high or worse when there's a chance that he can still pair up.
