UB hand histories...

This is prob the wrong forum for this but i suspected that many of you may have had problems with this as well. I am getting an error everytime I try to get the hand histories from UB. It says I have exceeded somekind of hand history request limit and that I need to close the wondow and do it again. Well everytime I do that the error continues to come up. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I should be getting my UB hand histories? Anyone had similar errors such as this?

Go to the PT website and download the UB hand grabber program and follow the directions. You just have to open the HH window and it will save them to your specified folder. Then setup PT to download from that folder.

I last played on UB on Wed. Was there an update? I play mostly at Full Tilt.

I just opened UB and it updated and I ran the program and I got that error message. Sorry didn't know it changed.
