Default AA - Probably way ahead?

Now this hand have been enoying me for a day or two. This is the third hand at the table so I do not have any reads.

After playing the hand it struck me that I might be somewhat retarded. Playing this hand the way I did. I would like some comments on this reasoning:

This is a typical WA/WB situation and in 95% (since there are so few hands he can have to beat me) I'm WA and should have played this alot more agressive. I does not matter if I loose this particular hand!

Pre-flop: (9 players) Hero is MP1 with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG folds, <font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 raises</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero 3-bets</font>, 6 folds, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (7.5SB, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 bets</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 3-bets</font>, Hero calls <font color="aaaaaa">(12.5:1)</font>.

Turn: 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6.75BB, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 bets</font>, Hero calls <font color="aaaaaa">(7.75:1)</font>.

River: 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (8.75BB, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 bets</font>, Hero calls <font color="aaaaaa">(9.75:1)</font>.

Results:
Final pot: 10.75BB

I think I have a tendency to put people on monsters when ever I meet agression and need some way to quit doing that!

Flop - I would probably cap the flop without reads. He could have AT or an overpair. See if he leads turn after that.

Turn - Raise here, call down if re-raised.

Would he have raised UTG+1 with a 5 in his hand? Without reads, most people wouldn't. Worse case here would be TT.

Without reads I'd cap the flop, raise the turn, and if he three bets call down.

you are most likely way ahead. he probably is
a. a tard (standard at that limit)
b. putting you on overcards on the flop

I dont mind not capping the flop if it is with the intention of raising the turn.

Not WA/WB by any means. Read this to begin your studies of the subject.

In this case, without a read, it probably doesn't matter much either way. Cap the flop and you get 0.5BB more in the pot. If he still leads the turn, you're calling twice, anyway. If you smooth-call the flop and raise the turn, you might get 1BB more in the pot on the end, but you run the risk of folding out some KT-type hands. Point being, the only way you're going to get significantly more money into the pot at the end of the hand is by getting shown one of the 2 possible hands that have you beat on the flop that would have raised PF (unless UTG+1 is an absolute nutbag this isn't 5x, but it could be TT from anybody or 55 from a LAG).

Folding anywhere in this hand is throwing money down the drain.

raise folding the river sounds like a bad idea to me. That's making a pretty confident assumption in a big pot that he can't play JJ/kk/qq that way.

I like a raise on the turn. a call down if he three bets there.
