I would never think to do this here. What factors make this a good spot? Is it because his bet looks weak, and there's set, flush, and straight possibilities that should scare off hands?

Paired board, and flush possibility, and you want to check raise river? Not convincing to me looking at your weakish play on the 3 streets. Insta-call if you raise.
