Fold you're beat.

Re: 50nl 6max | AA turn decision
I fold. Limp-call UTG + turn min-raise is never A9/TT-KK etc. My tables do this with like 55, 78 or something utterly bizarre.

Folding seems so weak against an unknown it is laughable.

Folding seems so weak against an unknown it is laughable. [/ QUOTE ] min-raises always make me want to shove, but then i remember they are usually big hands from donks who don't know how to raise. i'm going to figure out who all the 2+2'ers are and start minraising them |

Re: 50nl 6max | AA turn decision
A big hand here to the villain could easily be A9, TT, JJ, QQ, KK, and so on and so forth. I just call to try to get to show down hopefully as cheap as possible, but folding to a minraise on the turn with AA on this board is so weak it is ridiculous.

Re: 50nl 6max | AA turn decision
I'd have trouble calling this against an unknown villain. He might be bluffing and representing the set but I wouldn't want to find out.

Re: 50nl 6max | AA turn decision
Representing the set? He is representing that he thinks he has the best hand, nothing more, nothing less. Is a set in the villains range? Of course, but so are many many hands that we beat.
Edit: Mental note, minraise the turn in any game with 2+2ers. |

Re: 50nl 6max | AA turn decision
Very true. He's so passive up to that point (just calling bets) that it seems like he is trying to give the impression he has a 6. He could have any range of hands.
The minraise is pretty awful though. |
