UB table limit?

Anybody else not allowed to play more than 5 tables at once on UltimateBet, or is it just me?

I believe once you get 5 tables you have to use waiting list to get on more

You have to email them to get them to up your limit.

Sometimes it will only let me do 5, other times I can do more.
It seems pretty damn random.

I emailed support and asked them about it, they said I could play 8.
I emailed them back explaining that even though they tell me i can play 8, the most I can open is 5. I got some BS answer that involved "after you are on 5 tables, sometimes you have to have a table go to mini mode before the software will let you open up more tables"

They will up your tablel maximum easily to 8, but support has said that there are sometimes software issues that cause players to be stuck with the 5 table limit.

I used to be able to play 6 tables (never tried more than that) until today, which is why I posted. Really strange.

Re: miniview. I got the same excuse. I used to be able to play 8+ tables, but now I'm stuck at 5. They really should fix that.

Sometimes it is 9 and sometimes it is 5.

No rational explanation as to why.

You can close UB and reopen. Sometimes it takes me up to 4 tries but eventually you'll be able to open more than 5 tables. Essentially it's random.
