CHALLENGE: Obscure horror scene - from where?

Here is the vague, but best recollection I have:

The scene I remember is an older man (possibly bald) with an
accent asking a woman "can't you do anything neat??!"

She then smacks him on the head with a hammer, and I remember the
frame freezing just before impact.

The scene cuts to several organs and teeth, etc. in glass jars - labeled!

She then says something to the effect of "There! All nice and neat now HAHAHA!!"

I don't know if this was something like TFTDS or TZ or an actual movie,
but I have searched forever and found nothing.

Please be my nostalgia hero and tell me what this is from!!
