Default $11 - Bubble push over limper

Converter problems...

Blinds: 300/600, a25
Seat 1: Villain (3670 in chips)
Seat 4: kevkev60614 (2139 in chips)
Seat 5: SB(4895 in chips)
Seat 8: BB (2796 in chips)
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to kevkev60614 [K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]]
Villain: calls 600
kevkev60614: raises 1489 to 2089 and is all-in

Villain loves limping and minraising. I don't think I've seen him call a push. I pushed last hand but I don't think I've shown anything down recently if at all.

I'm sure ICM doesn't like my chances against a HU caller. But I'm at 3.5BB and everyone at the table is under 10BB (unusual for a Stars $11). Time to make a move, or sit this one out?

Why not let the other stacks fight this one out? Almost anything they do short of chopping the pot is positive for you.

That might be a problem. Villian might call you with any Ace or any decent hand. Villian has to call 1489 to enter a pot that already contains 3589.

The results of this poll surprise me. Anyone wish to help unravel the mess in my head?

A lot of us probably would rather be the first in the pot, especially with the blinds this high. I would not want to have a showdown with KJs. I really don't see how you wouldn't get a call from the villian in this situation. He's getting 2.4 to 1 or so on the pot. He can make this call easily with a wide range of hands and it wouldn't be a mistake. The Villian could make this call and lose and still have 1500+ chips left.

I always fear a big hand when utg limps late in tournies, because I do the same thing. So maybe folding is weak, but that's what I would do.

I change my vote from push to fold.
