worst present and card i\'ve ever received - from two diff people
My birthday is saturday and I recently received the worst present I've ever got. My dad sent me a UVA tee shirt. I go to UCSD. I got it two weeks ago, way before my birthday. I thought he forgot the actual date but I got $100 check in the mail today which was nice. Last year I ripped it in half on the account that he needed it more than me, but this year I will keep it and probably apply it in spirit to christmas/bday gifts for my bro and sis.
Also I got this funny card from my dad's dad: [The bolded part is the original text and the italics represent pen scribble added by him] A Wish for my (our) Grandson and friend on his birthday Inside was $20 and Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised... in the mountain of his holiness. Palm 48:1 KJV and the message "Hope all is going well at the college [which one, gramps? [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]]. May you have good health and happiness. Glad you could go to Spain, Portugal, and Morrocco with your dad. Use the $20 as you wish. Love, Grandpa and Gramma PS send us an email at xxxxxx" I highly suspect he is messing with me with the whole psalm and email thing, which is extremely funny. Or he just doesn't know about it - he's been divorced from the grandma that forwarded me the fundamentalist email for 25 yrs or something. Anyway, the email I'll write back will just say "thanks a ton for the money gramps"

I visited a buddy in the hospital who took 2 to the head when some piece of [censored] tried to give him a moonroof with his 9mm. Id say that you getting 120$ and a couple cards is nothing to complain about you dbag.
