2/4 Deeeeeep TP+FD OOP spew or standard?

Villian is a regular, possibly 2p2er. I haven't seen him get too out of line this session but he's definately capable of making moves, especially with position. I have been playing my usual semiLAG game, opening PF with lots of hands, but I haven't shown down any bluffs. Is my line here ok or total spew?

Tough spot with those stacks. Sure looks like a set after his second raise.

This was my initial thought, but I felt there was a good chance he was just trying to push me off an overpair/marginal hand. I also think he would flat call my flop 3bet with a set and let me hang myself on the turn a good ammount of the time.

4 handed and with your image it's not always a set, but he keeps min-raising... on this board? Your getting nowhere near 2-1 so I think you can make a good fold, reads are pretty crucial here.
