its a button v blinds dynamic and i think you give up too much value by not betting here.

much worse hands are coming along.

That feels like button trying to pick off a CB on the flop.

I check behind here to induce a river bluff and to keep the pot under control.

This is way above my stakes, though, so take that with a grain of salt the size of Alaska.

If you want to get another bet in this hand then I think now would be the time, simply because you are almost never floating the flop CR in order to check turn bet river. Plus there's draws out there (JT or random gutters).
