I think following the intitial bet you should have raised a bit more than $2, say $4.

I can't see anyone having the nuts on the flop. If you call here you're now saying you can beat 2 hands instead of 1 with just an overpair. You could already be behind AA and now JJ 99 77 which are all in range. AKspades is also out there and 1 of your additional outs if you're behind (Kspades) completes a flush.

As a side note, if UTG+1 folded i'd call.
