Full TIlt and SNG\'s Fees, Do They Count As Rakeback?

Might be signing up at Full Tilt; can't freaking stand PS. Do tournament fees at full tilt count towards rakeback? All I play is SNG's, so I would obviously need fees to count as rakeback to play there.

Tournament Fees do count towards Full Tilt rakeback
