Party poker cashout

I can only cash out 10k a month or 3k a day. I still have 2k left in there and I will be cashing that out in a month. I was just wondering if this will be okay still and that they will still continue to allow cashouts within the next few months without any tax forms or anything of that such. I would be very pleased with any help. Thank you very much.
