Technical problem with forum

Ill never get a response waiting around for a reply in the computer tech forum so I wanted to see if someone in BBV could help me. When I come to the forum and there are new posts in a certain thread, the thread doesnt light up with the gray/orange color it used to... and also theres no box for me to do a quick reply. It seems like either some settings for 2+2 were changed for my login or a problem with my explorer. Also not sure if it was a virus or not but when I clicked a link in another thread that was a link to some thread on 2+2, like 40-50 pages of IE for that thread began opening up non stop on its own and I had to control alt delete to close them all. Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

This just happened to me within the last minute or two, using Firefox. Dunno what's going on.

which part happened to you? the numerous pages loading up or the new posts in threads not being highlighted

i get quick reply, though i dont think i did for a short time a few minutes ago. but the threads def aren't being highlighted and i'm having a tough time beating the 2+2 game (keeping up with new threads/posts)
