Upgraded My Graphics Card, Computer Fan Goes Into Overdrive
I just upgraded to graphics card to a ATI Radeon X1600 and when I plug in the power cord my computer fan goes into overdrive. It's as noisy as a vacuum cleaner and sounds like it's about to explode. The computer won't turn on too. The light is on, but the computer is off.
I have a Dell inspiron 8400. Maybe I accidently unplugged some wires as I was opening the case. Please help! |

Nevermind, it turns out the card wasn't fully in.
