I bet here 90% of the time. As Jim said you need to build this pot so you can try to get as much in as possible. 10% of the time I check only to mix things up. Try to induce a bet on the river, under rep your strength, etc..... Seeing as this is your 3rd hand, I bet. No need to be deceptive since noone knows who the hell you are or what you are/arn't capable of.
