what about a U.S. based no-rake site?
How would a U.S. based site with no rake be included in the new and existing laws?
1. Poker only, no rake. This should get around being in the "business of accepting wagers" crap. 2. The site would make money on advertising and interest on the float. |

Re: what about a U.S. based no-rake site?
there is a company near Boston that does something similat. they run & brand the promo pooker games for various corporations. they are rake/fee free, and they get paid a flat fee by the corporations for doing so. I have no idea how succesful they are.

Would you really want to get bombarded with ads while playing poker?

Its still wagering. The only US based out that may exist is for tournaments that are run on a sweepstakes basis.
