The game is 10/25 NL at foxwoods. The table has been playing reasonably well, with nobody really getting too far out of line with the betting.
In mid position, I am dealt AKo. It is folded to me, and I make it $175 (a standard raise in this game). The button (who is the second tightest player at the table) calls, and the big blind (who is the tightest player at the table) also calls. I have played with each of these people for years, and they both know that when I am in mid position, I am not raising with air. Also, I know that if these particular players are calling the pre-flop raise, they are not calling with garbage. I have about $5,500 in front of me, the button has about $15,000, and the big blind has about $3,500. The flop is A-K-9 rainbow, and the big blind leads into me for $600. My play is? TK |

I have played with each of these people for years... [/ QUOTE ] Then you must have a better read than "tightest at the table." Does he slowplay a lot, etc? Anyway, it looks like AK/AQ/99 right? So just call. |
