Default Call the 5th nut flush?

The following hand was played by my wife live at Foxwoods 2/4. I already berated her about the passive play on the early streets, but the river is where I got stumped.

SB is an absolute moran. Despite having to pull out his "rank of hands" card every so often, he loves to donk bet from first position and explain that he did so because he wasn't seeing any aggression from late position. He has had an unbelievable string of runner-runner straight suckouts and the like.

MP1 is a perpetual calling station.

Against these same two clowns I earlier agonized over calling AA on a 5566x board. SB had total trash, MP1 had an ace.

Preflop: Heroine is in MP3 with 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Several callers, Heroine calls, more callers, SB completes

Flop: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (~7 SB)

SB bets , all fold but MP1 and heroine, who calls

Turn: T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (~5 BB)

SB bets , MP1 and heroine call

River: Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (~8 BB)

SB bets , MP1 calls, heroine...

Okay, do you call this for one more bet with the 5th nut flush based on their previous behavior? Are you good once in ten here?

Normally I wouldn't overcall with this, but given your reads I think you have to here.

I think there was only a limper or two pf, and thought she could raise 88. I also felt she should pop the flop. Was I wrong?

I would just call preflop, but I definitely raise this flop.

Even if she doesnt have the best hand, she can give off an image to the other players that she is a donk, so a call can be +EV either way.

Ay, I reckon ya gotta see this one down to Davy Jones' locker.

But if yer wifey had raised with an overpair and two-way straight draw, this hand might have resulted in more booty.
