Default OOP against a tag

Villian is a tag but i've seen open a lot in late position. Villian probably knows im taggish, dont know if he's seen me go overboard aggro yet ...

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Button ($82.23)
SB ($90.45)
Hero ($99.60)
UTG ($59.82)
MP ($51.85)
CO ($49)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
UTG calls $0.50, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $2</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $1.50, UTG folds.

Flop: ($4.75) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $4</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $12</font>, Button calls $8.

Turn: ($28.75) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero ??

Bets? OK FE against higher PP ... no FE against AK, AQ, if overcards even peel that flop.

GIves up and c/fds?

I'm c/c flop, but I've never beena big fan of teh ol C/R.

As played, you can near pot the turn as a bluff, hoping he doesnt have Adxd, or you can just c/f

3-bet PF, bet the flop ideally.

As played, c/f the turn.

3 bet preflop for sure.

I'd probably bet $20 on the turn and not put any more money in if called (unless I spike a T of course)

This seems kinda week to me, no? Betting shows a lot of strength and has a very good chance of pushing him of JJ+, while check folding allows him to bluff with weaker pairs, whiffed over cards etc.
