Id bet the turn, I still think im ahead here, and there are plenty of hands hes going to have where all im doing is giving him a free card by checking.

The only reason I consider checking the turn is to prevent a 2-outer or something of the sorts from folding.

I feel like a TAG raises most any broadway on the flop.

I still don't know if what I just said is right but I'm thinking about it.

I guess my point was that I don't think we're now behind on the turn and I think the check is a good move as we look like we're quitting.

I also like the river bet because it has "wtf" value.

EDIT: 2000th post! Oh snap. I was gonna make it BBV and it was gonna be of my 1st ever 100/200 hand. Long story short I had AA and the guy had 99 and the board was A9T2T and I won a huge pot. Limit poker is awesome, that is all.

what are we 3 betting from the BB that quits on this board? Absolutely nothing (88, maybe). Villian knows we are calling no matter what at the very least, so hes checking behind a ton of stuff we dont want him checking behind.

awesome on the 100/200 hand! Im sure if I ever play a 100/200 hand my first hand ill be the guy with 99 in that scenerio

I don't like it. It might be good in some situations like if you have a history HU.

But standard i think you have to bet for valu both turn and river

Hand 1: 53.5327 % 50.06% 03.47% { ATs, K9s+, Q9s+, J9s+, T9s, AJo-ATo, KTo+, QTo+, JTo }
Hand 2: 46.4673 % 42.99% 03.47% { AJo }

i think thats a rough range of what villain will call on the turn with. i would rather show this hand down for two bets than three and im less likely to get raised on the river than the turn

checking should also maximize value from pairs under 99

this line only needs to get an extra bet out of 77 25% of the time for it to be worth the free card. i think it does unless this guy is bad enough to call the turn with it
