What are you trying to achieve here?

With 12 powerful outs and perhaps more, it's a very cheap semibluff for sure, but the chance of either of these guys folding for one more here is vanishingly small in my opinion, and I really think the TAG has you beat here.

What you might manage to do is to get something like QQ to fold on the river, but are you going to bet the river UI if they both call you? I think you're better off improving on the river and getting him to call you.

Guy.

All I will say is I think your play is close. Obviously you think you will have the fish beat often enough and the tag will make enough big laydowns to make your protected pot bluff +EV vs calling, getting these long odds. With a stronger read on what hands this tag will bet the turn with after 2 flop callers, and what hands the tag will fold to your turn value checkraise, I may be more with you on this one.

If people are folding KQ to this turn check-raise then it's a very good turn check-raise, obviously.

Personally I cannot get people, however TAGish, to lay down JJ-AA on any board it seems; and on the whole I don't think people are making huge mistakes by insisting on showing those hands down.

Guy.
