Default What\'s to do in Montreal?

I'm going to Montreal to see Roger Waters in concert on Thursday night, but I'm not sure how to spend the rest of my weekend there. OOT gives generally good advice to questions like these, so I ask you what things I should do and where I should eat.

Strip clubs if you're into that. They have no rules in Montreal and the chicks are super hot. Solid Gold is one I could highly recommend. The club scene there is also quite crazy.

Casino there - but it's upscale and last time I was there wouldn't let you in with a hat, jeans, or running shoes.

Lots of good eats - what kind of food do you want?

Meh I'm not a fan of our Casino, we have no poker. There's an excellent bar/club scene though, Crescent street (more touristy but still very good) and St. Laurent (more bars than clubs, but the trendier clubs are here). Also the food is excellent.

Hookers and Coke is so the answer here literally.

All very easy to find. Else the bar scene is decent too.

You haven't been to the Montreal casino in a long time, they don't care about clothing and have not for at least 8-10 years. They only had that for a year or two after the opening. Still no poker too...

If you want to meet chicks Crescent street is a good spot, lots of action.

For eating like TheDude said there is so much choice, a little precision would help.

I want to try cheval as they call it even in English. I eat nearly any food - I just want to try some nice restaurants. With that in mind, I do love African food. A nice bar with good cocktail service would be good too, or a bar with an extensive selection of fine beer.

I like some clubbing, but I'm a little discerning about which DJs I would go see. I definitely would only go to a club that plays electronic music if I go. I wanted to see Massive Attack, but it's cancelled. Any other interesting concerts, even featuring local bands, would be fun I think.

Coke is cool and all, but I think my special lady might draw the line at hookers. I'll try to convince her otherwise, but strippers could definitely happen. Which places are best, and why?

Does anyone do anything during the day in Montreal?
