Default help me buy headphones

OOT, I need to buy a pair of decent headphones and I could use some recommendations. I work in a lab and need to listen to music while I work. The lab can get noisy, but usually it's decently quiet so I don't *need* all the noise cancelling mumbo jumbo, but on the other hand it would be nice to have.

My budget is < 100$, 50-70 would be nice, I could make exceptions for a tad over 100 if they were supremely extra sick, but I doubt I would notice the difference.

Oh yeah, and I promise not to wear them in my local poker room.

Thanks all

Sennheiser Headphones

Not a single brand on the market can compare and it's not even close.

take your pick. there are a ton of good sealed headphones in that range, but yeah, sennheisers are probably the best in my opinion.

It would be cool if you wrote up a headphone faq that we could link to. I'd do it myself, but I'm too lazy.
