backing up pokertracker

I need to backup pt including my database info on a cd. Does anyone know how to do that? sorry im terrible w/ computers.

In addition I need to "reload" my computer. I don't know what its called but I need to erase my hard drive and then reload everything. does anyone know how to do that without the cd that comes with your computer?
