Hand 2 -
I don't think I bet the turn without position. you are getting 6:1 on the call, this is not really that great when you think about it unless villain will do this with a hand like QcYx because he may check through the river.

Hand 1 -
again without position I don't know if i bet this turn, it's not like we are protecting the pot although we do get a lot of value if he calls the turn with a hand like Jx5h although a limp UTG IMO doesn't really reinforce this. He is most likely to call with 2 overs + FD and you are making only .7 of a bet or so with a hard river call OOP in a small pot. I think I would likely check the turn with the view of c/cing and c/cing a non heart river. If he checks through in this small pot it's not a travesty.
