Default (200NL) Yet another [censored] AA hand for me

I didn't even bother trying to find a hand converter, nothing seems to work with this Prima site I play at.

Anyways every single time I play AA, I seem to catch MAJOR resistance no matter if I play it like any other hand like I did here.. 3-bet it to $24-$30 preflop or if I pull a limp reraise. This hand alone has lost me ~$1000 in August and is easily my largest leak. It just seems like a lose-lose situation, either I make it obvious I have a really big hand preflop so people call for the chance to stack me or I play it normally and overplay it postflop.

** Game ID 918313493 starting - 2006-08-31 16:45:54
** Accord [Hold 'em] (1.00|2.00 No Limit - Cash Game) Real Money

- Hemtex sitting in seat 1 with $229.60 [Dealer]
- czplaya sitting in seat 2 with $245.47
- Flisa_7 sitting in seat 3 with $223.00
- biznitz(hero) sitting in seat 4 with $201.70
- sumaren sitting in seat 5 with $22.00
- Brubaker sitting in seat 6 with $200.00 [Sitting out]

czplaya posted the small blind - $1.00
Flisa_7 posted the big blind - $2.00

** Dealing card to biznitz: Ace[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Ace[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
biznitz raised - $8.00
sumaren folded
Hemtex called - $8.00
czplaya folded
Flisa_7 folded

** Dealing the flop:[$17] 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
biznitz(hero) bet - $14.00
Hemtex called - $14.00

** Dealing the turn:[$45] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
biznitz(hero) bet - $34.00
Hemtex called - $34.00

** Dealing the river:[$115] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
biznitz(hero) bet - $79.00
Hemtex went all-in - $173.60
Hero?

Its an obvious call considering I have $60 left but I always feel like Im terribly behind once this RRAI comes. It's like im digging my own grave and then jumping in on the river

There are opponents against whom I would fold on the river despite getting 5:1. It is not necessarily an insta-call.

I'd consider slowing down a bit on the turn and river and thinking more about stack size. With your large river bet, you put yourself in the situation where you felt pot committed.

Not sure there is value on the river, c/c to induce a bluff from a busted FD or JT. As for the leak in general, you are giving too high implied odds if you can never get away from the hand. Try playing less predictibly pre-flop and your opponent should not be able to narrow down your range enough to play just to stack you.

I wouldn't say I could "never" get away from the hand but the only hands that seem to beat me on this board are a set or 89(7T is a little bit of a reach). I dont think im playing predictibly(though Im about to start with $50 raises preflop with AA to close the leak for now lol), these players stacking me have played less than 75 hands with me which is a pretty short time to build a LAG image when Prima doesn't show mucked cards at showdown. Everyone there pretty much plays Tight Passive/Aggressive(because of the rakeback).

I actually don't think check/calling on the turn/river is going to change the situation for me. If bets the pot or pushes the river with what seems like a busted JT/FD(makes sense) then im left in a calling situation because I would again think im ahead of his range.

Like mostly any other play at Prima the only read I really had was Tight Aggressive/Passive. Not enough hands played and I can't see what he mucked to put him on anything else.

Hey thanks for quoting half of my sentence.. I meant it more as Im not going to bother hiding my username. BetHoldem(Prima) hand histories do not work with either one of hand converters posted in the MSNL FAQ. I tried a few others I found through google and they do not format well so I changed the suited symbols and bolded important information.

http://www.neildewhurst.com/hand-converter/

If it doesn't work then you're screwing something up.

Alright I finally managed to get it to work with that page. For whatever reason after clicking "save settings" it changes the format of my pasted hand history.. so I have to remove it and paste the original again for it to format correctly.

Prima Poker skin
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2
5 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
Hero: $201.70
CO: $22.00
Button: $229.60
SB: $245.47
BB: $223.00

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Hero raises to $8, CO folds, Button calls, 2 folds.

Flop: 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($19, 2 players)
Hero bets $14, Button calls.

Turn: 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($47, 2 players)
Hero bets $34, Button calls.

River: 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($115, 2 players)
Hero bets $79, Button raises all-in $173.6, Hero calls all-in $66.7.
Uncalled bets: $27.9 returned to Button.

Results:
Final pot: $406.4
