Default how much to valuebet w/ flush when river pairs

villian is very loose pf... something like 40/10/2-3... decently agro postflop... calls a lot of my cbets... has called a couple of my dbl barrels... frequently leads raggedy flops for PSB's when they small... in the teens and such also...

i'm prob seen as a looser than normal tag... raising the majority of pots i enter... this guy has slowed my roll a bit though since he always calls my stuff...

so what should i do here?... should i have bet more on the turn?... comments on postflop play is welcome...

actually now that i'm previewing my post i def shoulda bet more on turn... prob 25 or soemthing... not sure that woulda made a huge dif on river anyways though...

I like the 50 bet. He may call a small bet with the worst hand. I hate the push where he will only call with the best hand.
