Teams You Love To Hate (or Root Against)

I think I like rooting against teams more than rooting for some. In honor of that, I'd like to find the most hated teams.

I'm going to limit it to the following sports. Everyone nominate two or three teams you love to hate. The most hated teams that get nominated will make a playoff and we will determine the most hated team of each sport. Sports I don't care about (or don't really hate a team, I'll leave blank, but feel free to nominate).

I grew up in the DC area, so Yankees and Cowboys are obvious answers to me.

I went to U of MD, so UNC is another obvious one (for some odd reason, I've never hated Duke as much as UNC).

And I'm just starting to follow the EPL this year. And for some reason, Arsenal just gets to me. I don't know what it is and there's no logical explanation for it.
