Default Best Strategy Book for Middle Limit Hold\'em

Was wondering if I could get any advice as to the BEST Middle Limit Strategy book that is up to date...Thanks a bunch guys [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Ed Miller's small stakes holdem.. its a 2p2 book you can find it on here for sale. and then buy theory of poker by sklansky..must read.

twoplustwo.com. . . .you're here, it's free, and has some fantastic advice.

I also enjoyed Roy Cooke's "the play of hands 2" not because of the hands he describes but because of the amount of pure thought that goes into each one of his decisions. Really showed me how much should and must go into becomming a winning player.

Notable mentions go out to small stakes hold 'em, a classic. And to Middle limit hold'em to learn how the other half plays.
