Best Bank to get CD\'s and savings from

Hello,
I am looking to put ~100k into a bank that has locations in the Chicago land area. I am looking for good CD rates and good savings.
Any help will be appreciated,

citibank has a 5% interest savings acct. thers a lot of info on it in the finance and investing forum.
