I don't know stack sizes, but there's a flush possible, A-6 or A-7 possible, other than that you're in the lead. The guy won't be check raising you b/c he's so passive, so I'd put $5-$8 out there as a value bet.

I probably call a bet under half pot, though this might be spewing.
