I kind of like how you played it, river is kind of close so go with your gut.

I dont like the flop raise, you price in draws whilst folding out a lot of worse hands. Either keep the worse hands or price out the draws.

I think this is a fold, I know you plan to call a bet because you checked the turn. But...he's OOP, hasn't really had chance to show how strong he is.

Hi am a refugee from SitNgos I'll give you my 2 cents take it for what it's worth (not a lot )

If I decide to go with it on the flop, I check the turn as well. He is not that likely to have an 8 but then again he might, if he has an ace he will probably bet again and you can probably fold, if he has a flush draw unfortunatly you give a free card but he played it too aggressively for you to protect your hand at this point.

I would however definitly make a blocking bet on the river, unless vilain knows you enough to raise bluff against it , I'd bet 50 to try and keep it cheap since I am not sure were I stand.

uhh hes OOP, and getting bet into, blocking bet isnt an option.

anhyway, yes raise more on the flop if youre going to raise, but you already know that.

if the villain is decent, i cant see how you are ahead after he makes that river bet.

personally, i think i bet the turn, fold to a CR, and check behind on the river most of the time.

If he is decent he is not calling with a lone FD OOP imo. You are beat unless he has 9Ts.
