My squeeze play to get HU with small stack didn't work and I get 2 callers with my AKo. Is this move profitable in the long run? Calculating EV with 2 opponents ai isn't quite as easy. Are my calculations correct?
- Villain2 sitting in seat 1 with $7.64 - Hero sitting in seat 2 with $38.11 - gameon005 sitting in seat 3 with $20.71 - pokersmurfen sitting in seat 4 with $26.55 [Dealer] - rastadk sitting in seat 5 with $12.83 - Villain1 sitting in seat 6 with $1.91 rastadk posted the small blind - $0.15 Villain1 posted the big blind - $0.30 ** Dealing card to Hero: K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Villain2 called - $0.30 Hero raised - $1.20 gameon005 called - $1.20 pokersmurfen folded rastadk folded Villain1 went all-in - $1.91 Villain2 called - $2.21 Hero raised - $10.29 gameon005 folded Villain2 went all-in - $5.43 ** Dealing the flop: 10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ** Dealing the turn: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ** Dealing the river: 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Hero shows: K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Villain1 shows: 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Villain2 shows: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Villain2 wins $10.35 from side pot 1 Villain1 wins $7.59 from the main pot Pot 1 (3 players)3*2,21=$6,63 According to pokerstove, we have the following equity: Hero: 40,5% Villain1: 31.1% Villain2: 28,3% Hero EV: 4,42*0,405 - 2,21*0,595 =$0,48 Pot 2 (2 players)2*5,43=$10,86 Equity Hero: 47,3% Villain2: 52,6% Hero EV: 5,43*0,473 - 5,43*0,526 = -$0,26 I'm I correct in saying that my overall EV for this hand is $0,48-$0,26=$0,18? |

Yes, I know it's not a sexy topic. All I need is a yes... or a no - with some calculations.

It looks correct to me.
What did you want to calculate the EV for? Usually the reason for doing that is to compare it to another action you could have taken to see what the "correct" move was. |
