A brief into......

Back in the early/mid 70’s, I was the DM for a chain of audio stores in NJ/NYC. I lived outside of Boston, and commuted back and forth twice a week.

I had a set-up 240Z and used to time myself getting back and forth. 226 miles one way. Best time was 2:51 minutes.

Anyway.....That was back in the good old days of vinyl and tape decks. To help with my trips back & forth, I would record my own ‘custom’ tapes of my favorite music.

I would have different ‘moods’ of tapes, based upon how I was feeling.

One of the things that I began to look for when I was making the tapes was......“Great Segues”.

I’ll throw one out for all, and see if it inspires anyone to add to the list........

How can I be Sure – The Rascals....segueing into......I Can see for Miles & Miles – The Who.
