Problem opening full tilt windows

I have about 8 games open and minimized. When I left click one of the games in my tray (down where the time is) it won't open. Why the hell not? What am I missing? I have to right click the table, then click on restore for it to open. The same is true on my laptop. How can I change it so that I can left click on the table and have it pop up? It's ridiculous!

I emailed them, but haven't heard a response. The weird thing is that today it's working OK; the first time in 5 days

I still haven't heard from them and MAN is this a pain in the ass!
