Default Flush draw with paired board

Villain has been playing loose and aggressive. How differently does everyone play this?

Party Poker 0.15/0.30 Hold'em (8 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero calls, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (3 SB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, BB folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB 3-bets</font>, Hero calls.

Should I have capped here? When villain 3-bets, I start thinking trip 6's and just call it.

Turn: (4.50 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB 3-bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero caps</font>, SB calls.

My nut flush lands and I cap turn no longer fearing trip 6's.

River: (12.50 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, Hero calls.

When he leads into me after a capped turn I vomit in my mouth and call. Should I have been more aggressive on river?

Final Pot: 14.50 BB

this is one of those beginner tables right?

preflop: a bit of a stretch, but still fine.
flop: i like a call here and raising if you hit the flush on the turn or river.
turn: cap is fine
river: raise his bet again. these guys dont know which way the sky is.

Cap. If he's got a straight flush you pay it off. Oh well. But it doesn't make me vomit in my mouth. That's just gross.

KO

Postflop is standard.

Preflop, I'd probably fold.

I wouldn't cap the turn. River is fine. Looks like this guy got the lucky FH but with him playing agg you may very well be taking this hand. Definitely don't fold the river against a LAG.

Yep, I'm living the high life.

Thanks for the comments. He turned over A6 for the fullhouse. When I looked back at this hand the only thing I could see myself doing differently is simply calling the flop rather than raising. I can definitely see a case for a pre-flop fold as well.

only place i slow down is when i get 3 bet on the river. then he tells me hes not afraid of the four hearts so he doesnt care if i have the Kh.

Villain has never missed an opportunity to bet or raise on the flop or turn. When the 4th heart falls on the river and he still bets I think you can safely assume that he is not afraid of a flush. Raising this river looks like definite spew to me.

Too passive. Cap the turn and raise the river, call a 3-bet.
