Default I turn a bunch of outs and push

Villain is the infamouts PimpOwnage, who checkraises lots of flops and usually plays pretty aggressively, game is playing pretty aggressively overall

flop call seems pretty marginal, but turn push is nice.

He checkraises small and then bets like he doesnt mind you calling the turn. Now he has put in half his stack and I highly doubt he folded the turn. I would try to play this hand as if you had AA. What would you do on the flop with AA after he checkraises?

I think this is only profitable if you get him to fold a decent percentage of the time. Given the opponent, I don't think that's happening nearly enough.

From the Villains standpoint, is calling with just a T really a good play?... seems doubtful.

Villain tanked and folded. Sam, I would often check this flop but I sometimes bet it too. I think it's a tough call on the turn here for villain with a 10 even with big odds.
