Default (6.50) Early AK

Second hand of the tourney. Turn and river are an attempt at blocking bets. Thoughts?

I think that is all fine.

Is your plan to fold to any raise on the river?

you're seeing ghosts. pot the flop, push the turn.

this is how not to play AK. :\

I went ~3/4th pot on the flop with the intention of pushing a blank trun, but when a diamond comes. I can only imagine I get called on the turn when behind.

I am gonna look at this hand closer. First and formost you need to raise more at this level. Ok bet pot on the flop (keep draws out), fire again on turn 1/2 pot(this is to see how your opponent reacts, you can be very cautios when he calls the turn bet) and check the river (keep pot small, you have shown aggressio and he will check behind with pretty much all the hands you beat)Act accordingly if he raises you, I am reluctant to call a large bet on the river.

you could not be more wrong about being called only when behind. play AK like you got a pair.
